Dr. Gabriela Wilson, director of the at the University of �鶹������ý at Lafayette, is a 2027 Leadership �鶹������ý Health Fellow. 

is a leadership development program that addresses public issues in areas that include healthcare, education and workforce development. 

Its new Health Fellows program brings together leaders from disciplines such as business, healthcare, higher education, government, public policy and research to address challenges that influence health outcomes and to explore opportunities for improvement.

“It is an honor to represent �鶹������ý Lafayette as part of the inaugural Leadership �鶹������ý Health Fellows class and to work alongside leaders committed to improving the future of health in �鶹������ý,” Wilson said.

The 2027 fellows’ efforts, which began this summer, are being built around a series of immersive sessions across the state, where members of the class gather for a couple of days to pool their collective expertise and perspectives.

“This first class reflects the caliber of leadership we hoped to attract, and we look forward to watching these fellows build lasting relationships and develop new ideas that will benefit communities across �鶹������ý,” stated Sheree Blanchard, director of Leadership �鶹������ý, .
