The University Council of the University of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ at Lafayette is a representative body, composed of administrators and additional campus leaders, that considers the activities of the University. It assists the president of the University in formulating policies. It advises the president, the provost, and other administrators of the University with attention to the educational objectives of the University and matters that affect the common interests of faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders.

is responsible for overseeing University functions related to sponsored research, and other associated activities.

supports Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Lafayette by enhancing its image, keeping alumni involved, maintaining accurate information on alumni, donors, and friends of the University, raising necessary funds for professorships, scholarships and important programs, and encouraging a close relationship between the University and the community.
