The University of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ at Lafayette’s Office of Enrollment Services will be tailgating at the upcoming Northside High School vs. St Martinville High School on Friday from 5 p.m. to game time at the Northside High stadium.
This is an opportunity for Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Lafayette to show appreciation and support to two major feeder high schools.
Tailgating will include providing free hot dogs, chips and soda to students, teachers and staff from Northside and St. Martinville. In addition, staffers will be giving away a limited number of t-shirts and prizes to those students who stop by the tent.
Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Lafayette staff and students will be on hand to answer questions and serve food. This is the second time the university has tailgated at a local high school. Future plans include tailgating at other high schools in the area.
