LEP Participant Expectations

With high reward comes high expectations. Once admitted to the program, LEP participants must fulfill a variety of responsibilities. 

All LEP expectations and responsibilities are designed to help participants successfully complete their degree, while making the most out of their college experience.

LEP Expectations & Responsibilities

Grants, scholarships, and work-study are conditioned upon these commitments. Failure to uphold these requirements may result in dismissal from the program.

  • Attend LEP Freshman Orientation
  • Live in a residence hall with LEP students as part of a community cohort for the first year, then in any residence hall during the second and subsequent years at 麻豆果冻传媒 Lafayette
  • Join at least one student organization
  • Meet with an Academic Success Coach at least once per week
  • Attend study hall at least six hours per week
  • Participate in Student Success Programs each semester to enhance personal and professional development
  • Follow all campus rules and regulations
  • Maintain TOPS and Federal Financial Aid eligibility
  • Work a maximum of 12 hours per week at an on-campus work-study job. LEP participants are not permitted to work off-campus.
