Dr. Alise C. Hagan has worked at Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Lafayette since 2008 and is currently a Senior Instructional Designer.

In 2021, Alise earned her doctorate in educational leadership from Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Lafayette’s College of Education and Human Development. Her dissertation, Women Presidents of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Education Institutions: A Mixed-Method Phenomenological Study of the Relationship between Self-Efficacy, Transformational Leadership, Gender-Based Barriers, and Support Structures, was recognized with Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Lafayette’s 2022 Distinguished Dissertation Award. She also holds a master’s degree from Auburn University (Auburn, AL) and a bachelor’s degree from Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ State University (Baton Rouge, LA).
