Program Requirements

Applicants with a 3.0 (or higher) overall GPA or 3.0 (or higher) GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate coursework must provide:

*Relevant work experience is defined as including but not limited to career progression and/or, managerial experience, and/or supervisory experience, and/or management of the budget and other organizational resources.

**Applicants with an overall undergraduate GPA below a 2.75 with at least 5 years of relevant work may be considered for a GMAT waiver on a case-by-case basis. Relevant work experience will be evaluated by the MBA Graduate Coordinator based on the demonstration of extensive and/or significant managerial, supervisory, or executive work experience. The GMAT, resume, and/or letters of reference may also be waived for applicants with a graduate grade-point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) on all previously earned graduate degrees.

Graduate admission decisions at the University of �鶹��ý at Lafayette are based on your entire application. We use a portfolio approach that allows stronger aspects of your application — for example, strong letters of reference or professional experience — to compensate for weaker parts, such as lower test scores or GPA.

To complete your online Master of Business Administration application you, must:

Submit the non-refundable $25 for domestic applicants and $30 for international applicants.
Have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Official transcripts from the institution attended are required for the following:
- All institutions where any degree was awarded
- All institutions where any graduate coursework was attempted
  - Students may send unofficial transcripts for initial review through the application portal, but official transcripts are required before admission.

Applicants who hold a baccalaureate or graduate degree, with primary instruction in English, from an accredited institution in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales), Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand are not required to demonstrate English proficiency. All other applicants must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting satisfactory Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), International English Language Testing Services (IELTS), or Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) official scores.

By enrolling full time in the MBA in Health Care Administration program online, you can complete your degree in as few as 18 months. You can adjust your pace by enrolling part-time, as well.

The program consists of 39 hours, comprising 15 hours of core business courses, 18 hours of Health Care Administration courses, and 6 internship hours.

Online Master of Business Administration students benefit from flat-rate, $387.88 per-credit tuition that includes learning materials. You won't pay more for books!

Because courses in this program will only be available online, the program may not be available to all applicants. The University of �鶹��ý at Lafayette and its online programs must be in compliance in every state where a student is located. International students also may not be eligible. According to U.S. immigration regulations, F-1 students cannot pursue online degrees; international students in other visa categories (i.e., H-4, L2) are exempt from this restriction.
